It is pretty neat to see that there are two big budget films about saving the world from the sun. One from 1990 called Solar Crisis which has been more or less forgotten and one from 2007 called Sunshine which is pretty rad and from one of my favorite directors Danny Boyle. How are they similar and how are they different? Also there are two versions of Solar Crisis. The US cut (which was also the one distributed internationally) which runs at 111 minutes and the Japanese cut which runs at 118 minutes. How do those compare? Tune in and find out!
